Unfortunately he was and still is in so cal because of the wind and fire concerns. I am sure he celebrated in style, however I am looking forward to eating a little chocolate cake together when he gets home :)

5 Fun Facts you should know about Bobby:
1. He loves GUM! Specifically bubble gum....loves the stuff. He will shove as many pieces into his mouth as he possibly can and then chew the biggest "wad" you have ever seen. Pretty funny and gross :)
2. He loves good gas mileage! Every time he fills up his gas tank, he takes out his pad of paper and precisely calculates his previous gas mileage down to the point .0000209800228. Seriously, it is a little obsessive :)
3. He loves to make me snort/grunt! This only happens when he tickles me so hard that this strange and creepy snorting noise comes out...not attractive at all!
4. He loves baked goods of any variety! At the moment he is super into pumpkin cheesecake..yummy! Previous interests have included pudding rings from Safeway and coffee cake from Costco.
5. He loves his job more than anything in the world...yes, even me. I have come to terms with it, well, almost. On his days off, he is so fidgety and restless, constantly checking the weather/fire reports and calling into the station to see what he is missing out on. He is just living his dream and he can't really help it :)
