
Tomorrow I start my next running program.
I.AM.OUT.OF.SHAPE.
The plan is 10K into a Half-Marathon into a full Marathon.
HAHHAHAHAAAAAHHHHAAA!
We will see how that goes.
So cheers to sore hamstrings, blistered and bloody feet, early Saturday mornings, swollen sausage hands, hip pain, ankle pain and side cramps. Cytomax packets, the foam roller, chiropractor appointments, sweaty sports bras and Shot Blocks.
Okay, it's not that bad. You know I just like drama.

Hi Kelly~ I run with Fleet Feet in Chico and they take care of all the running program stuff. I have a calendar that they have created for both a 10K and half-marathon...let me know if you are intrested and I will email them to you.
