Note to Self.

Dear Self,

Don't go to the gym on a Sunday morning for a "gentle yoga" class and then change your mind to a "butts & guts" class at the last minute. After the 30 minute class your butt cheeks will feel liked they got beat on by a sledge hammer. Then when you sit on the couch to relax and the phone rings...you will miss it. This is because you can't stand up. But the very best part of all is, once you manage to get up, you won't be able to sit back down again. Even if you have to pee, like really really bad.
