We Jake!

Ummm, yeah. So I guess you could say that we more than just "love" Jake, we are mildly obsessed. Jake Early, is a local artist and he specializes in serigraphs or screen printing. If you don't know what that is, google it....I would do a lame job of trying to explain it. Over the past year we have been "investing" in a bit of his artwork. We started with his Hwy 101 series. This series releases a print every three months, over the next five years. We have already received 8 prints or so...and we love all of them. It is so fun to get the phone call that our next one is in...it's like a Christmas surprise!! Here are a few of our favorites:




Now, the next series is our most recent "investment". The Chico Seasons, we have two out of the four and we can't wait for the rest....

So, you may notice that I have been calling these prints "investments". The plan is to sell the prints as a set after they are all released. My sneaky/evil plan is to make Bobby love them so much that he won't want to sell them. We will see how that goes....I will be heartbroken (did you hear that Honey: HEARTBROKEN!!!)if we end up selling them.
